I'm an Associate Technical Consultant at EGUARDIAN, dedicated to collaboration, workplace and DevOps products. I work at the point where vendor, partner and customer meet: I turn business problems into platform designs, run the rollout, and stay until people actually use what we ship.

Before consulting, I studied mechatronics and digitised a factory floor, moving machine data, downtime and costing off paper and into software. The same instinct guides me today: find the friction, design the system, and measure that it works.

Implementations and migrations.

Mailbox, identity and workplace rollouts and moves, from discovery and pilots to batch sync and a clean cut-over. More than 40 projects so far, including 5 at enterprise scale.

Technical consultations.

Solution design, sizing and architecture. Turning "we need email that just works" into tenants, policies, integrations and a plan.

OEM consultations.

Working directly with the product makers, so customers get the right edition, the right roadmap fit and fewer surprises.

Product onboarding.

From signed licence to live users: domain set-up, configuration, data import and handover runbooks teams can follow.

Trainings.

Partner go-to-market sessions, admin bootcamps and end-user trainings. Years of tutoring taught me to make complex things simple.

DevOps & monitoring.

GitLab onboarding for source control and CI/CD, and PRTG sensors, maps and alerts that catch trouble before users do.
